Job Description
As the Director of GTM Strategy & Operations, you will lead and deliver critical cross-functional initiatives in support of our global GTM organization. You will partner with senior leadership across product, sales, marketing, and customer success functions, delivering data-driven insights to inform strategic business decisions. You will deliver solutions across the organization in collaboration with the broader Operations team to optimize the company’s ability to generate more revenue and improve customer retention. The ideal candidate is highly driven, analytical, and organized and has domain expertise in SaaS sales strategy and operations.
- Responsible for designing, measuring, and executing GTM initiatives and driving business outcomes.
- Partner with GTM teams to strategize, operationalize, and analyze the impact of business initiatives.
- Managing stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on operational milestones, strategic & process changes, and escalations.
- Create executive–level presentations for local and global leadership reviews
- Work closely with stakeholders to help identify business issues & enable them with
- insights from data through the application of analytical techniques and recommended solutions.
- Participate in creating operational workflow and internal process controls, promote adherence to process, and identify potential risks.
- Proactively define and execute projects spanning systems, data management, process automation, and tooling implementation.

Additional Information
The annual base salary range for this position is $195,670 - 264,730 USD.
Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level. Bonus / equity may be available.
