In this vital role, the Program Coordinator will collaborate closely with the CCT Director of Ministry Training to support and enhance the impact of the Nurturing Children's Grant Initiative. This includes advancing programs such as Certificado and New Skills for a New Era, which offer dynamic training, ongoing technical assistance, and comprehensive support for ministry participants.
The position offers a unique opportunity to engage with the community through speaking engagements, community relations, networking, and event presence. The role involves fostering connections with local leaders, churches, community organizations, and university partners, and supporting CCT's mission to empower and transform lives.

Essential Functions
- Recruit church and non-profit participants for CCT programs.
- Oversee the execution, evaluation, and documentation of outcomes for all Ministry Labs initiatives.
- Support grant-related activities across all Ministry Labs initiatives.
- Assist the Director of Ministry Training with program development, community relations, grant compliance, and reporting as needed.
- Collaborate with CCT staff to ensure the success of all programs.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, subject matter experts, and contractors.
- Help curate support for Ministry Labs participants to ensure successful completion and ongoing development.
- Represent CCT and the university in the community, building connections with faith-based and goodwill organizations in the San Joaquin Valley.
- Cultivate intentional relationships with community leaders, responding to requests and fostering partnerships.
- Promote and facilitate student and community participation in CCT trainings.
- Complete tasks in a timely manner with accuracy and thoroughness.
- Communicate effectively, actively listen, and seek to understand others.
- Collaborate productively with colleagues with diverse skill sets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

University Information
45,760 to $53,040 is the annual starting salary for this role
and reflects what Fresno Pacific University reasonably expects to pay for this
position. Actual compensation may vary based on the qualifications, experience,
and internal equity. In addition to compensation, FPU offers
a competitive benefits package.
