What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire teams across multiple restaurant locations, driving operational excellence and outstanding customer experiences.
• Implement strategies to optimize performance, boost revenue, and improve efficiency.
• Train and mentor managers and staff to ensure high standards of service and leadership development.
• Manage budgets and analyze key performance metrics to meet and exceed goals.
• Ensure all locations adhere to compliance, quality, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to influence growth strategies and drive long-term success.

• 5 years of restaurant management with a preference for high end dining experience.
• Expertise in operations, guest service, and financial performance (P&L).
