Vice President, Advance Manufacturing
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive advanced manufacturing strategy aligned with the organization’s overall vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product Management, and Quality) to define manufacturing roadmaps and achieve business goals.
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes for high-volume production.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to advanced manufacturing.
- Foster a culture of innovation within the manufacturing team.
- Explore novel materials, automation solutions, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in advanced manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing engineering teams.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing technologies, including automation, robotics, and process optimization.
- Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to formulate and execute strategic plans, with a strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
