Human Resources Generalist
Responsibilities
- Maintain data accuracy of from HRIS systems (Workday/ADP) and drive employee talent profile updates
- Provide workforce analytics within our HRIS systems to make informed decisions and deliver innovative HR solutions in regard to diversity, recruitment, onboarding, retention, performance, and various other HR Metrics
- Manages recruitment effort for personnel, students and temporary employees; writes and places advertisements, marketing campaigns, coordinates career events, applicant review and tracking, and interview coordination and follow up, administering selection screens.
- Conduct regularly employee roundtable discussions, meetings with managers regarding their team development, identify training needs
- Provides various recruitment services including recruiting, reviewing applications & interviewing applicants to match experience with specific job-related requirements for entry level, some professional, and technical job openings
- Coordinates with departments to prepare for on-boarding including onboarding and department specific training plans and assists in conducting new-employee orientations.
- Facilitates and/or provides training (including new hire orientation, compliance, developmental, etc.) to the workforce.
- 5 Years of experience in Human Resources, or familiarity with payroll and HRIS systems strongly preferred ADP and Workday
- Experience with a variety of fixed and variable compensation types preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience
- Human Resources certification or willing to obtain
- Six Sigma, Lean, BPI, or other process improvement experience preferred
- Capability to implement & coordinate controlled processes through multiple locations/divisions
- Knowledge of all federal, state and local regulations and compliance
