Responsibilities :
- Remain up to date on chemical laws and the hazardous goods law required for classification, in particular regulations governing the documentation and labeling as well as the safe handling of raw materials and products
- Ensures correct and timely creation, maintenance and management of the safety data sheets, as well as the labeling data in SAP EHS, for Klüber products and raw materials
- Ensures that relevant material safety databases and documentation are kept up to date and that the information passed on to internal and external bodies is correct
- Ensures the correct and timely classification of Klüber materials according to the hazardous material and dangerous goods report.
- FSS 7 annual review and compliance (chemical assessment, action plan and protective measures)
- Manage the Material Compliance team, as well as the Material Data Team / department and responsible for driving specific Company initiatives while aligning with organization leaders to meet and support the business needs / development
- Quality management, occupational safety and environmental protection is observed and complied with in a preventive manner and the environment, persons and material resources are not damaged
