Franklin Pierce University is seeking an experienced professional to serve as our Regulatory Compliance Manager, responsible for ensuring that all academic programs meet or exceed accrediting standards and regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective compliance strategies, ensuring that faculty, staff, and students adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance, developing and implementing corrective action plans as needed.
- Collaborate with Program faculty and staff to develop and maintain curriculum aligned with accrediting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends, best practices, and regulatory developments, applying this knowledge to inform compliance initiatives and ensure program excellence.
- Provide guidance and support to faculty, staff, and students on compliance matters, promoting a culture of accountability and integrity within the University community.
