Responsibilities:
- Provide daily HR guidance and support to US/Canada consumer managers and Professional North American management, using prior experience, HR data and understanding of the organization, industry we work in and the staff needs/dynamics.
- Work with Regional HR Director to execute the Talent Management processes within US/CA, ensuring development of key personnel and succession plans.
- Work with the Regional HR Director & Regional Learning & development Manager regarding Organizational Development, Implementation of HR strategies, Performance management, and Compensation programs
- Point person for all US consumer managers below North American Leadership team for strategic and day to day needs of the managers, including staff topics, employee relations, onboarding, compensation, structure changes and interface for recruiting.
- Execute Recruiting and Restructuring measures in compliance with corp. and guiding principles. Manage recruitment for key positions.
- Partner with Benefits, Compliance, HRIS Manager on initiatives in the region.
- Become an expert on Workday.
- Ensure legal compliance and adherence to our Guiding Principles and Corporate HR guidelines & policies.
Qualifications:
- 3 years HR experience in an HR Business Partner role and broad HR experience to include areas of employee relations, benefits, compensation and HRIS
- Bachelors Degree in HR or related field is required, SPHR is preferred
- Knowledge of local labor regulations required
- Knowledge of the Fast-moving Consumer Goods industry is preferred
- Proven track record as (HR) project manager in a cross-functional team (motivation, target setting, tracking and enforcement of targets and company's mission)
- Proven Change Management experience preferred
- Strong workiknowledge of relevant software tools e.g. Workday, Recruiting, Compensation benchmarking software
