We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler to join our growing team! This role is responsible for managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a tidy office. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently
- Maintain and update appointment calendars
- Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and welcoming
- Assist visitors and clients with inquiries and support
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in scheduling, customer service, or office administration preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software
