Main Responsibility: To effectively manage the scheduling of all staffing employees and build professional relationships with clients.

Essential Functions for our Scheduling Coordinator:
- Manages all scheduling of staffing employees.
- Maintains staff credentials.
- Develop strong professional relationships with all clients
- Communicates timely and efficiently with employees and clients
- Works to achieve pre-established goals to promote growth within the department.
- Maintains knowledge of current regulations for health care staffing.
- Promotes an environment of high morale and teamwork.
- Takes appropriate and timely measures to meet the needs of the staffing employees and clients.
- Identifies and resolves situations and/or problems, within authority limits, to prevent reoccurrence of any negative issues.
- Maintains mature problem solving approach under stressful circumstances.
- Retains flexible schedules in order to service client and staffing employees requests and/or handle complaints.
A few must haves for a Scheduling Coordinator:
- Four (4) year college degree or an equivalent, combination of education and experience.
- One (1) year to three (3) years of scheduling experience, preferably in the health care industry or commercial staffing industry.
