Associate Attorney Employment LitigationAssociate Attorney – Employment LitigationOur client, a national law firm with 40 offices and more than 500 attorneys, is currently seeking an Associate Attorney – Employment Litigation to join their Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate is experienced in handling cases in federal court.Requirements :
- 3-6 years of employment litigation experience
- Experience handling cases in federal court, including working with clients under state and federal employment laws, and drafting and revising policies
- Experience with drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions
