About Our Luxury Boutique Resort
Our luxury boutique resort is a hidden gem in the Catskills, offering unparalleled service and amenities. Located on 20 scenic acres, the resort features beautifully designed rooms, a large heated pool, recreation room, pickleball courts, wood-fired saunas, electric bikes, and a dog run.
Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed revenue goals by developing and executing effective sales strategies
- Group Sales: Increase group bookings by focusing on corporate executive retreats and weddings
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies through key channels, including MPI, CVENT, Helms Brisco, and destination meeting planner networks
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and inspire a sales team of three, cultivating a high-performance and collaborative environment
- Business Development: Proactively generate new business by building relationships with meeting planners and increasing wedding bookings
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a boutique hotel or resort setting
- A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while growing revenue streams
- Strong knowledge of corporate group and wedding sales, with experience using platforms like MPI, CVENT, and Helms Brisco
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and growing a high-performing sales team
