- Minimum qualifications include a B.S. / M.S / PHD in chemistry, biochemistry, or related field, with industrial or academic experience.Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience is needed with BS / MS and 5 years with PHD.Required : Hands on experience with conjugation, purification and characterization of antibody drug conjugates, and experience using analytical techniques / instrumentation, including chromatographic techniques such as HIC (Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography) and RP (Reverse Phase), SEC, SDS-PAGE, UV‐Vis.Note : Onsite, 100% Lab based role. Possibility of extension.Specific responsibilities will include :
- Perform bioconjugations of linker-payload combinations to antibodies with emphasis on in-house established methods
- Selection and application of appropriate purification techniques for biologics (i.e., SEC, hydrophobic interaction chromatography, ion exchange chromatography)
