Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in the area of Family Law or the interest and commitment to learn Family Law. This position requires excellent writing skills, time management skills, and client management. The Associate Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys to provide high-quality legal services and support.
Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and interrogatories.
- Prepare and review discovery
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiate settlements.
- Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations in matters related to Family Law
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all cases handled.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar association.
- Knowledge of Family Law is preferred.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to produce clear and concise legal documents.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
