Commercial Lending and Finance Attorney- Senior Associate / Counsel

These roles will align for you if you have experience representing lending institutions and financial companies in commercial real estate transactions. You will employ your superpowers of being able to negotiate, structure, and document complex commercial real estate transactions. Ideally, you will also possess expertise with complex financial transactions, including corporate lending, structured finance, securitizations, and debt offerings as well as regulatory and compliance matters to include SEC regulations.
Qualifications :
- 7 years or greater of experience in commercial finance and lending, partner level attorneys are also encouraged to apply.
- Expert level knowledge of commercial real estate finance.
- Proven leadership experience where you have mentored junior associates and a desire to continue mentorship.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice in the State of New York and in good standing.
