Intellectual Patent Prosecution Associate

One of our clients, a top producing national firm, is adding a patent litigation attorney to their thriving practice. The firm offers the resources of a large firm and the culture and collegiality of a boutique law firm.
Locations available include: Boston, MA, New York, NY, Philadelphia, PA, Pittsburgh, PA, Princeton, NJ, Minneapolis, MN, Palm Beach, FL, and Washington, DC
Responsibilities:
- Draft patent applications.
- Lead inventor meetings and develop patent strategies.
- Litigate patent prosecution cases.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in patent application drafting and prosecution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated communication skills- verbal and written with focus on building strong client relationships with integrity.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA accredited law school with exceptional academic marks.
- Undergraduate or advanced degree (MS or PhD) in computer science, chemistry, or biology.
- USTPO registration.
- Must be licensed in the State that you would like to work in.
- Compensation: $175K plus, commensurate with experience.
Salary : $125,000 - $175,000
