- Qualifications Needed :
- Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
- Undergraduate or advanced degree (MS or PhD) in computer science, chemistry, or biology.
- 3 years of patent prosecution experience, including patent application drafting and leading inventor meetings.
- Licensed to practice law in the state of your chosen office.
- USPTO registration mandatory.
- Strong academic record with excellent writing and communication skills.
- Proficient in patent strategy development.
