Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather the necessary information on retail sales floor processes and workflows.
- Translate complex processes into clear, concise, and actionable documentation, including SOPs, process guides, and technical instructions.
- Utilize an existing documentation template to maintain consistency and quality across project deliverables.
- Develop basic workflow maps to visually represent processes using Visio or similar tools.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve process efficiency during documentation.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review progress, obtain feedback, and refine documentation as needed.
- Ensure project deliverables meet internal standards for accuracy, clarity, and usability.
