The Position
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team at Friedman Vartolo LLP. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our recruiting efforts, helping us attract, hire, and retain top talent in the legal industry. You will work closely with leadership and internal teams to ensure we meet the staffing needs of our rapidly expanding firm, all while creating an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and refine firmwide recruiting plans that align with business goals and evolving staffing needs.
- Identify, engage, and source top candidates using diverse, niche channels such as professional organizations, social media, job fairs, and networking events.
- Partner with key stakeholders to assess staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and identify skill sets required for current and future roles.
- Assist in crafting tailored interview questions, schedule interviews, and coordinate with Partners, Directors, and Managers to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
- Utilize our applicant tracking system to post jobs, screen resumes, track candidates, and ensure a streamlined hiring process.
- Communicate job offers, manage salary discussions, and coordinate new hire logistics, ensuring a seamless transition for incoming talent.
- with leadership to identify growth opportunities for existing employees and communicate career progression pathways.
- Maintain accurate records in our HRIS system, generate recruitment reports, and provide support for HR initiatives, audits, and projects as needed.
