HRDI is seeking a full-time Clinical Manager who, in addition to administrative duties, provides direct services at least 10% of the time. The Crisis Services Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the Community Crisis Programs which includes efficiently identifying and integrating or coordinating all services necessary for successful and continued community placements. This person will also be responsible for supervising a team of QMHP/MHP Clinicians who will be responsible for the facilitation of direct services to clients.
JOB DUTIES:
- Provides clinical leadership for Community Crisis workers. As the manager of the crisis’s teams, they are responsible for providing a broad range of supervision, training, guidance, and engagement.
- Reviews crisis worker time as well as all required documents for each call logged.
- Supervise Mobile Crisis Response FT and PT Crisis Workers; MCR Team Leads, and PAS program staff and supervisor.
- Responsible for monitoring the programs’ deliverables, efficacy, and staff productivity, as well as overseeing various other quality control and financial responsibilities.
- Clinical responsibilities include monitoring productivity of staff, documentation of events, engagement of community members, and supervising the clinical performance of team members including providing feedback to team members.
- Provide and document supervision in accordance with agency performance standards.
- Ensure that all services are provided in accordance with standards of informed consent, maintenance of client rights, standards of confidentiality and are consistent with Agency procedures, licensing standards, standards of professional practice and funder requirements and other applicable regulations.
- Maintain updated crisis worker expectations and enforce responsibilities of crisis workers.
- Ensure there is an IM-CAT for every call in the State CRS system.
- Ensure crisis worker notes are completed within program requirements.
- Maintains regulatory compliance of the programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in social work, Psychology or related Human Service Field.
- A master’s Level licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC) preferred
- Minimum of at least three years experience in the human service field with at least two years of managerial experience, ideally in some aspect of case management, care management or the equivalent of Community Support.
- Knowledge of and proficiency in computer programs, i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and experience with database management.
- Demonstrate a high degree of skill in problem solving and working effectively with people.
- Must be detail oriented and flexible.
- Knowledge of Community Mental Health, Rule 132 and the Department of Mental Health.
- Ability to communicate effectively and serve as a liaison to primary referral sources, families, team members, school districts, community agencies, and signatory partners.
Salary starts at $60,000 on an annual basis
