Friendly Arctic Printing & Design is a fast-paced screen printing and graphic design company located in East Nashville. We specialize in creating high quality screen-printed products using eco-friendly water-based inks. We are looking for a detail-oriented, efficient, and self-motivated individual to join our team.
The Account Manager’s primary role is to provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through the sales process, offering expert advice on design and apparel options, and delivering accurate product mock-ups to ensure production and delivery of goods which meet or exceed the expectations of clients. Account Managers should strive to build lasting client relationships, stay informed on industry trends, and continuously develop our expertise in the screen printing industry.
Duties include but are not limited to :
- Providing high quality customer service & support to our clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Guiding clients through our sales process from start to finish. Advising on design and apparel options, creating orders, quotes, invoices, obtaining approvals, meeting deadlines, facilitating payments.
- Help build new client relationships by occasionally participating in outside sales activities and company events.
- Keeping up with industry fashion trends and new garment styles in order to stay on top of the ever-changing market.
- Creating mock-ups of products and designs in Photoshop as needed.
- Developing a strong working knowledge of the screen printing process and industry.

Hours are from 8 : 30am to 5pm Monday through Friday
