They are looking for a Sales Account Executive who is dedicated to customer success and onboarding, focusing on their inbound leads to ensure clients make the most of their software and maximize its potential.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the pre-sale onboarding to post-sale engagement, before transitioning the client to the customer experience team who will focus on account support, retention, and growth of customers
- Drive account expansion by identifying opportunities and ensuring customer success
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence product strategy and enhancements
- Maintain communication with new and existing customers through email, outbound calls, and text messaging
- Other duties as assigned
