In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment. Your expertise in retail sales and inventory control will be essential as you guide clients through the purchasing process.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in selecting vehicles.
- Conduct test drives and provide detailed information about vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.
- Manage inventory control by keeping track of vehicle availability and ensuring accurate representation on the sales floor.
- Utilize outbound sales techniques, including cold calling, to generate leads and follow up with potential clients.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette during customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
- Assist customers throughout the purchasing process, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or automotive sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
