Friendly Chevrolet is seeking a self-motivated and high-performing individual fit for the position of BDC Customer Specialist. The candidate should have strong verbal communication skills, enthusiasm, and extraordinary customer service skills.
Job Title: Business Development Center Representative (Sales) – Full-time
Essential Duties:
· Follows up on all dealership manifest and opportunities lists.
· Makes outbound prospecting calls inviting prospects to the dealership.
· Has daily/monthly expectations on appointment setting & outbound call requirements.
· Ensures sales prospects & previous customers are up to date on upcoming deals & offers.
· Other tasks as assigned.
