Job description :
We are looking for a Cook / Kitchen Helper for a family of 10 in Newport Coast, CA. You will order and stock food / supplies while checking ingredients for freshness. You will be expected to prepare or aid in preparing meals within the proper timeframe. You will also be responsible for cleaning the area and washing dishes.
Job Responsibilities :
- Help the other chefs in Food Preparation
- Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients
- Bake, grill, steam, and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry, and other foods
- Present, garnish and arrange final dishes
- Serve food
- Maintain a clean (deep clean) and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes.
- Handle and store ingredients and food
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Deliver food to the owner's residence, which is 1 / 8th mile from the residence.
Schedule : open availability, Weekend and Holidays must
