Friends of the Family Home Health Care is excited to announce we are currently hiring for the position of Home Health Aide! We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Home Health Aides to join our team.
We are looking for someone who has a open availability for our clients in the Monroe county area.
Hours:
10am-10pm 7 days of care, wants either female or male caregivers
11am-8pm 1 day of care may turn into more, wants only male caregivers
10am-1pm 3 days of care, wants female caregivers
8:30pm-9:30pm 5 days of care, wants female caregivers
Job Responsibilities:
- Service routine patients in the community that have personal care needs including bathing, dressing, feeding assistance, medication reminders and peri care.
- Transportation to and from outings
- Work with a team of aides to serve patients in their homes.
- Provide emotional support and care for patients during their final days.
