POSITION SUMMARY :
FIDF is currently seeking a full-time Tri-State Young Leadership Associate who will report to the Associate Director, Tri-State Young Leadership and the National Young Leadership Director, being a key member of the dynamic, professional, and fast-paced National Young Leadership team. The Young Leadership Campaign focuses on engaging and fundraising within a core demographic of young professionals, ages 21-40, with a focus on creating impactful events, building relationships, and developing a pipeline of lay leadership talent.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of people, local Tri-State area demographics, and community dynamics. You have a broad range of interests, solid technical aptitude, and an eagerness to contribute and grow. You have a can-do attitude, a customer-service approach, and enjoy working collaboratively.
