Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, Daytime Shift

What You’ll Do:
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions, performance evaluations, and recognition programs.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws.
- Guide managers in hiring best practices and employee relations.
- Monitor and respond to unemployment claims, Workers’ Compensation, and extended leave requests.
- Lead the safety team, staying current with OSHA/MIOSHA regulations.
- Stay informed on employment laws and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
✅ 5 years of HR Generalist experience at the management level
✅ SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
✅ Strong knowledge of employment laws, payroll, and benefits administration
✅ A collaborative and compassionate leader with excellent communication skills
