What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR/PAYROLL COORDINATOR position at Friendship Community Care, Inc?
This position will function as a liaison between Human Resources and Payroll.
- Process checklists for new hires, salary and status changes, and terminations
- First point of contact for employee questions related to payroll and Timesheet/PTO System
- Research and resolve payroll issues that may arise
- Create specialized reports utilizing Paycom
- Conduct appropriate audits of payroll, benefits, and other HR benefits
- Reconcile and process monthly benefit and HR invoices
- Manage employee documents
- Special projects and assisting with other HR duties as assigned
- Performs other duties as assigned.
This is a safety sensitive position. HSD/GED required. Must be able to pass background checks/drug screen and maintain a clean driving record along with a valid AR driver’s license and reliable transportation with state minimum liability auto insurance. Training provided. Resume required.
Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm
