Job Title : Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Classification : Full-Time
Job Location : Russellville, AR
Education Level : CPA certification required. Minimum of 4 years of financial management experience, preferably in non-profits or healthcare.
Summary
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing the financial operations and fiscal management of Friendship Community Care (FCC) and its affiliated entities. This role involves providing strategic leadership to the Finance Department while ensuring adherence to FCC's mission, vision, and values. The CFO will collaborate closely with the CEO and Board of Directors, delivering financial insights and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management :
Oversee Micro Information Products (MIP) Fund Accounting Software.
Manage and mentor the Finance team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Monitor billing sources, perform internal audits, and ensure accurate and timely grant reporting.
Establish economic objectives and recommend policies to ensure FCC's financial health.
Ensure adherence to all funding source requirements and maintain confidentiality as per FCC's policies and HIPAA standards.
