SUMMARY: Conducts audits for management and provides audit support to assess effectiveness of controls, accuracy of financial records, and efficiency of operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The essential duties are not considered an inclusive list but are the following;
- Performs Program Audits
- Completes audits for management as requested
- Pulls and submits records for external quality reviews as requested
- Tracks internal audit findings to identify potential compliance deficiencies
- Assists with clerical support for the Director of Compliance
- Maintains files related to investigation/audits at the request of the Director of Compliance
- Maintains knowledge of current licensing standards and regulations
- Performs other duties as assigned
Maintains confidentiality of all information received regarding Friendship Community Care, Inc. and the clients. Conditions of confidentiality shall be in compliance with Friendship Community Care Non-Disclosure Policy and HIPAA Policies.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of High School Diploma or G.E.D. Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 6 months - 1 year related experience and/or training preferred
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental relations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of employees and managers.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumferences, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
