Responsibilities Include
- Greeting residents and guests
- Answering a multi-line phone system
- Scheduling resident transportation
- Scheduling guest and party rooms
- Money handling
- General office duties
- Provide strict confidentiality for our residents, staff and guests
- Part-Time hours
- 3 days a week and every other Saturday and some holidays
- Should have the flexibility to pick up morning, evening, and weekend shifts as needed
- 2 years of receptionist/office experience preferred
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word and Outlook required
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Applicants are required to pass pre-employment screenings that could include: Criminal background checks, Abuse registry check, Drug test, Physical, and TB test.
