Friendship Village is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Receptionist Team. You will provide prompt, efficient, courteous and reliable service in a fast-paced environment that will promote goodwill among our Friendship Village community. You must have good oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting residents and guests
• Answering a multi-line phone system
• Scheduling resident transportation
• Scheduling guest and party rooms
• Money handling
• General office duties
• Provide strict confidentiality for our residents, staff and guests

Working Hours:

• Part-Time hours
  • 2 days a week and every other weekend
• Should have the flexibility to pick up morning, evening, and weekend shifts as needed
• Days vary from week to week including holidays

Qualifications:

• 2 years of receptionist/office experience preferred
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word and Outlook required
• Exceptional Customer Service
• Applicants are required to pass pre-employment screenings that could include: Criminal background checks, Abuse registry check, Drug test, Physical, and TB test.
