What we ask
- Academic / master level, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of international B2B Sales experience with a proven track record in Business development, preferably in the nutrition or food ingredients industry in the EMEA region
- Entrepreneur, willing to take ownership, proactive, and self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward independently and with a team
- Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
- Experience with Opportunity Management and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 30-50% of the time
