Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations. The ideal candidate will have 5 years experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in face paced upscale waterfront dining.
Duties
- Manage day-to-day bar operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, liquor ordering, scheduling, hiring and customer service.
- Train and mentor bar staff on service standards, product knowledge, and safety procedures
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new bar staff
- Ensure compliance with food handling regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
- Proficient in Point of Sale (POS) systems, preferably Toast POS
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Bar Manager within the hospitality industry
- Strong background in staff training and development
- Knowledge of bar operations, beverage cost, beverage ordering, scheduling.
- Manager Food Certification certified.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
