What You’ll Do:
As a Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the face and voice of the practice for new and observation patients. You’ll lead financial presentations, ensure consistent follow-up, and act as a key liaison between our patients and our clinical team. You must be sharp, emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and genuinely motivated to help others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Presenting treatment plans and financial options clearly and confidently
- Following up on pending patients to ensure next steps are completed
- Seeing all new patients for initial consultations
- Managing observation patients and keeping them engaged until ready for treatment
- Conducting compliance consultations for patients struggling with oral hygiene, appliance wear, or other obstacles to success
- Maintaining a luxury-level, high-touch service experience for every interaction
- Collaborating with clinical and administrative team members to ensure seamless transitions and patient care continuity
Qualifications:
- Education: Some college or sales training preferred
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of sales experience required
- You should feel just as comfortable closing a case as you do making a patient feel valued and seen.
