We are seeking a Treatment Coordinator who is polished, purpose-driven, and thrives under pressure. You must be sharp, intuitive, and passionate about making a lasting difference. The right candidate will be trained by our doctor and team in orthodontic procedures and will serve as a critical support member—transforming consultations into committed patients.

What You’ll Do:

As a Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the face and voice of the practice for new and observation patients. You’ll lead financial presentations, ensure consistent follow-up, and act as a key liaison between our patients and our clinical team. You must be sharp, emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and genuinely motivated to help others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Presenting treatment plans and financial options clearly and confidently
• Following up on pending patients to ensure next steps are completed
• Seeing all new patients for initial consultations
• Managing observation patients and keeping them engaged until ready for treatment
• Conducting compliance consultations for patients struggling with oral hygiene, appliance wear, or other obstacles to success
• Maintaining a luxury-level, high-touch service experience for every interaction
• Collaborating with clinical and administrative team members to ensure seamless transitions and patient care continuity

Qualifications:

• Education: Some college or sales training preferred
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of sales experience required
• You should feel just as comfortable closing a case as you do making a patient feel valued and seen.
