Description
The AWP Sales Support representative is responsible for providing sales and service support to AWP Regional Sales Directors, helping them to get and keep clients. Responsibilities include managing broker support, generating proposals, assisting with client service issues, executing targeted regional marketing campaigns, coordinating sales presentations and appropriate materials, assisting with new client paperwork, implementations, and maintaining all sales pipeline reporting.

DELIVER SERVICE
- Assist the AWP sales team with marketing, sales, and implementation of AWP clients and prospects
- Develop, nurture, and sustain professional relationships with internal and external business partners by communicating well
- Provide excellent customer service to existing clients/brokers for problem resolution and relationship building
- Demonstrate mature abilities to prioritize duties to clients/brokers/internal partners specific needs so that trust is earned as a result of our services and processes
ESPRIT DE CORPS
- Assist Regional Sales Directors (RSD) in identifying and recruiting brokers utilizing the internet, networking, and association listings
- Assist RSDs in identifying and introducing prospective clients to FBGs programs
- Support the sales team throughout the sales process by setting up and confirming appointments, providing sales materials, assisting with new client paperwork, and planning enrollment materials
- Set up and assist with enrollments, seminars, conferences, and trade shows as needed
- Take pride in our work as we deliver service that is customized to our clients needs
BRING GUSTO
- Utilize telemarketing, mailings, networking, and referral prospecting to identify potential brokers and set up prospective client appointments
- Assemble sales presentation materials, including proposals for meetings, enrollments, and conferences
- Execute effective and timely resolutions to client/broker/RSDs service needs, demonstrating an ability to manage all facets of the problem / situation while advocating for the interest of the client
BE EXPERTS
- Provide excellent customer service to existing and new brokers for problem resolution and relationship building
- Learn and utilize database resources to identify prospective clients
- Maintain and utilize Sales Pipeline reporting to help manage team performance
- Know your clients, products, and process so well that you can anticipate their needs, provide direction and execute solutions
- Demonstrate an expert level of knowledge by clearly articulating a variety of products, policies, and procedures in verbal and written communication
OWN IT
- Own the service experience of our clients/brokers by working with RSDs and internal teams and partners as required to ensure resolutions promptly and accurately meeting the clients expectations
- Help RSDs get and keep clients/brokers, being authentic, responsive, and accountable
- Respond to escalated issues and clearly communicate resolution

Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent education and related experience
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in the benefits industry
