Job Summary
This position is responsible for enforcing the pool rules and ensuring the safety of members and guests. Additionally, the pool attendant helps maintain the overall cleanliness of the pool and pool area. The pool attendant.
Pool Attendant Duties and Responsibilities
- Enforce all pool rules.
- Verify Amenity cards of resort guests and members.
- Perform opening and closing procedures.
- Straighten and align chairs and umbrellas daily.
- Verify all equipment meets safety standards.
- Keep deck areas neat, clean, and orderly at all times.
- Always maintain a polite and courteous attitude with all members and guests.
- Report to work on time and in uniform for scheduled hours.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills and qualifications
This position requires complete mobility and the ability to withstand extreme outdoor environments. Must be able to stand, sit and/or walk a minimum of 8 hours daily and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

- Great customer service skills including listening carefully and exercising patience.
