What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Scheduler/Dispatcher position at Frisbees, Inc.?
Frisbees, Inc., an industry leader in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical since 1960, is looking to add a full-time Service Dispatcher.
Responsibilities include scheduling and dispatching service technicians using telephone, computer software, and GPS technology. Also, there is managing paperwork and recording and maintaining information regarding customer requests, work performed, invoicing process, and other service information.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and keyboarding skills and experience providing customer service to clients in person and over the phone.
Prior experience with FieldEdge software is a plus!
