We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to support our team's on-going growth. As a Residential Real Estate Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including listing management, contract preparation, and market research.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote new and current listings
- Collaborate with photographers to obtain high-quality listing photos
- Accurately enter new property listings into the MLS systems (FlexMLS)
- Maintain accurate records of market data in Excel and prepare properties for showings
- Support contract management processes using DocuSign/FormSimplicity/appFiles
