We are looking for a real estate enthusiast who can support the team. You should have exceptional organizational skills and professional communication to join our team. You should be able to work independently and in a team setting. You need to be a fast learner with a positive attitude (and hopefully a sense of humor!). Above all, you need to be a capable and trustworthy professional. The role has a wide-range of responsibilities. You will work closely with Suzanne and her Executive Assistant to support the on-going growth of the business. The role offers an exciting, growth-oriented atmosphere in a people-oriented business.
Job Duties
Including, though not limited to:
- Assist with listing management using MLS Multiple Listing Software / FTP website
- Prepare real estate contracts, listing agreements, and leases
- Accurately enter new property listings into the MLS systems (FlexMLS)
- Work with photographers to obtain listing photos and enter them into the MLS
- Maintain client files / contract key dates and stay on top of to-do lists per client and sales team members
- Manage calendars, appointments, and coordinate showings and open houses
- Timely follow up and follow through with material requested by the client(s).
- Coordinate with team members for marketing the status of new and current listings
- Research real estate trends and assist with market analysis
- Conduct property and other relevant research
- Manage market data in excel
- Prepare properties for showing
- Assist with contract management using DocuSign / FormSimplicity / appFiles
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of five years’ Real Estate experience
- Active Florida Real Estate License
- Familiar with both Palm Beach island and West Palm Beach neighborhoods
- Proficient in PB MLS, Regional MLS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) & Adobe Suites
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and handle last minute meeting requests
- Available on weekends
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent judgment and discretion in handling highly sensitive and confidential information
- A high degree of professionalism and strong work ethic coupled with a sense of responsibility and integrity
