Frisella Nursery, an award-winning landscape construction company is looking for a self-motivated and driven Landscape Foremen/Crew Leaders to oversee and manage projects, crews, and equipment while upholding the standards of our sixty-plus year-old business.

Some of our Landscape Foremen/Crew Leaders will direct report to MO/IL projects. These positions include a company vehicle.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Oversees and manages daily crew responsibilities and hours
- Responsible for maintaining crews truck, construction trailer, and skid steer
- Ensures jobs are completed on time and on budget in a detailed manner
- Extensive knowledge of blueprints pertaining to patios, retaining walls, decks, landscapes and drainage systems.
Qualifications:
- Class E License (CDL preferred)
- Skid steer experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in landscape field
- Proficient in plan reading and execution
- Proficient using smart phone and phone applications
- Forward thinking; can see days, weeks, months and years ahead
Benefits:
