Fristam Pumps USA is a leading manufacturer of high-quality stainless steel pumps, mixers, and blenders. We are currently seeking an experienced Machining Equipment Specialist to join our Middleton, WI manufacturing facility on 1st shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop programs and work instructions for manual, NC, and CNC machining equipment.
- Provide training to machine operators on operating manual, NC/CNC machining equipment to perform standard or repetitive sequences of operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; post-secondary education and/or training are desired.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with manual, NC, and/or CNC machining equipment and operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of machine shop practices and techniques, machine operation, and tooling is required.
- The ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
- The successful candidate must be able to lift 40-45 lbs frequently and sit or stand for long periods of time.
