FritoLay Merchandisers Role Summary
As a FritoLay Merchandiser, you play a critical role in our success by merchandising our complete line of products in stores across the country. This includes Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and many more.
This is an excellent opportunity to launch your career with us or our parent company, PepsiCo. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:
- Driving your personal vehicle to various store locations while earning gas mileage reimbursement.
- Retrieving FritoLay products and merchandising them throughout the store.
- Working in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives.
- Following a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers, which can evolve over time.
- Leveraging a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity.
We operate 24 hours a day, so your schedule may vary. Be prepared to be on your feet for the entire shift, as this job requires physical labor.
To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Hold a valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
- Be able to frequently lift 40 pounds without assistance.
