Description
Southeastern Food Merchandisers is currently looking to fill the position of forklift operator.
Interested applicants must be competent in operating a stand-up forklift. NO SIT-DOWN forklifts.
- Must be able to safely operate an industrial forklift to perform material handling assignments in all areas (freezer, cooler, and dry) of the warehouse.
- Must be able to accurately identify and transport material to and from storage areas into the correct warehouse pick slots.
- Must be competent in safely operating the forklift / high lift to lower stock to ground level pick slots from higher level reserve slots.
- Responsible for replenishing pick slots with products from reserve slots to always maintain adequate inventory levels for selectors.

Full time 8 : 00 a.m. until end of shift. Shift end times may vary.
