What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Sales Account Manager position at Frito-Lay North America?
Frito-Lay North America is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and selling Frito-Lay's complete line of products to local stores.
You will drive a Frito-Lay truck to different stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise product, and partner with store managers to increase sales. This job can open the door to career opportunities with us or our parent company, PepsiCo.
Some of the frequent tasks you will be doing:
- Learn the basics of the role in four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with our amazing team members
- Run routes for team members', experience different stores, and meet new customers
- Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives
- Attain a route with set days off/schedule with time
- Work in a fun, fast-paced, and physical environment
We operate 24 hours a day, so you may not have a typical schedule Team members often work weekends and holidays. Our jobs are physical If you have never worked in this type of role before, you should understand that you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift.
