As a Frito-Lay Delivery Sales Specialist, you will be essential in boosting sales and delivering top-notch service to clients. This role involves a blend of driving, merchandising, and sales responsibilities to ensure that Frito-Lay products are adequately presented and stocked to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Delivery: Carry out the delivery of Frito-Lay goods to designated sites as per a prearranged schedule.
  • Merchandising: Maintaining product displays involves keeping shelves and racks organized and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Sales Growth: Expand sales avenues by establishing rapport with store managers and critical decision-makers, thereby increasing potential for product placement.
  • Inventory Management: Inventory Management requires the monitoring of stock levels, implementing rotation practices to uphold product freshness, and promptly notifying relevant parties about any inventory inconsistencies.
  • Customer Service: Supply welcoming and competent service, handling customer inquiries and addressing issues with care.
  • Compliance: Meeting compliance requirements entails abiding by safety regulations, corporate policies, and legal obligations.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Experience is not a prerequisite; employees will receive on-the-job training.
  • Driver's License: You must have a current driver's license and a clear driving record to meet the requirements.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Skill in lifting, transporting, and manipulating loads of up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfort in performing repetitive movements such as bending, lifting, and reaching.
