Job Description
We're seeking inclusive and committed Warehouse and Material Handlers to support the production of our Siete prducts. This role involves recieving, storing, and distributing materials and products, as well as ensuring that inventory is well0organized and maintained. Although you will start working for Frito- Lay, this full-time job can open the door to career opportunities with our parent company, PepsiCo.
We are open 24 hours a day, which means you may not have a typical schedule.
It's a physical job! If you have never worked in a warehouse environment before, you should understand that you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift. Additionally, products made at this plant contain tree nuts, so please consider the potential for allergens. Here is a list of some of the more frequent tasks you could expect to perform during the workday :
- Load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers
- Maintain inventory accuracy by performing regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Prepare and package orders for distribution to production lines, ensuring all items are properly labeled and meet quality standards
- Safely operate a forklift after we provide you training, and you obtain certification
- Maintain general housekeeping and specific sanitation tasks as required
