Overview
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of various painting techniques and materials. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes on a variety of projects, including residential and commercial spaces. The Painter will work closely with other construction professionals to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks.
- Handling all base painter responsibilities with unwavering skill
- Cutting in with a brush in preparation for rolling
- Minor wall patching/drywall work
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of each job.
Experience
- Proven experience in painting (Minimum 3-5 years continuous experience)
- Positivity and the ability to adapt and handle oddball tasks.
- Ability to still learn and understand a systematic approach to painting
- Familiarity with drywall and stucco applications is preferred.
- Knowledge of masonry techniques is a plus.
- Proficiency in using various power tools and hand tools relevant to the trade.
- Understanding of construction processes and safety protocols is essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
