As our CAS Manager, you'll be the financial backbone of our clients, ensuring their accounting needs are met seamlessly and efficiently. You'll manage client relationships, oversee bookkeeping, and optimize financial processes.
Your Role Includes:
· Leading client onboarding & project management
· Managing multiple client relationships while providing top-tier financial services
· Managing a small, offshore accounting team
· Overseeing bookkeeping, AP/AR, invoicing, budgeting, sales tax, and more
· Reviewing reports and financial data for accuracy
· Collaborating with clients, CPAs, and business owners
· Meeting with staff and the owner to manage ongoing deadlines as they relate to monthly closing process and project updates
· Oversee 1099 process, reports reviews and Y/E closing J/Es
What We’re Looking For:
· 10 years of financial services & 3-5 years management experience
· Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (no exceptions!)
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business
· A detail-obsessed, problem-solving mindset
· Strong leadership & communication skills (you’ll work with clients directly)
· The ability to handle multiple clients with grace and efficiency
